CEM Construction is a general contractor that specializes in the installation of water, sewer, and storm drains. Our focus is on building high-quality underground pipeline projects for both private and public entities throughout Southern California. In addition to our expertise in sewer, water, and storm drain installation, we also have over 10 years of experience in structures, asphalt, concrete, and demolition.
Although we are a preferred contractor for large projects, we operate with the principles of a small family business. Our success is built on our ability to deliver quality work at competitive prices, and our commitment to providing the highest level of service.
